Comments: I discussed my move at length with the customer service rep and come this morning, the driver tries to upcharge me $600 with no guarantee that the same thing will not happen when it's time for my delivery. He even tried to convince me that the Uhaul box that was labeled medium was labeled wrong an ...

Comments: We used Smart Van Lines for a local move and were very happy that we chose them to be our movers. Like everyone hate the moving process, but they made it pretty painless. Their pricing was reasonable and they communicated well. The two movers were friendly, professional, and efficient.

Comments: Great move. These guys hit it hard and efficiently. They were punctual as well as examined the space properly before carrying out heavy furniture. I must commend them since they moved two double recliner sofas up a winding stairway to the second floor. I would highly recommend Smart Van Lines for you ...

Comments: I move constantly. I'd say I like to torture myself but I cannot say enough good things about Smart van lines! From getting the quote (which was less than the other quote I got by $100) to the guys showing up early (they called first). I was fully prepared to cry at some point during the move, as mov ...

Comments: Worst moving company ever. Once they had the first payment and picked up my belonging they raised the price on me. When I tried to ask for an explanation they were very rude to me. They Charged over $1300 more for a wheelchair and 12 boxes that was bigger than the size that I declared which is comple ...

Comments: Being repeatedly harassed via text and phone call is not how one does business. Bill Baggett, senior account manager of Smart Van-Lines, was incredibly vindictive and immature in his interaction with me. Baggett called me to ask if I still needed moving services for my vehicle and/or personal effe ...
