I discussed my move at length with the customer service rep and come this morning, the driver tries to upcharge me $600 with no guarantee that the same thing will not happen when it's time for my delivery. He even tried to convince me that the Uhaul box that was labeled medium was labeled wrong and its actually a large! Super surprised about this because the sales rep assured me that this is against their policy. Thoroughly disappointed! But won't be taken advantage of so I am finding another alternative. |
