Worst moving company ever. Once they had the first payment and picked up my belonging they raised the price on me. When I tried to ask for an explanation they were very rude to me. They Charged over $1300 more for a wheelchair and 12 boxes that was bigger than the size that I declared which is completely false. Also, 1 box was missing and some items were broken. Even-though the truck driver wrote down the box number that was missing and initialed it, the office said I had only 11 boxes not 12 while the charged me for caring 12 boxes. The staff was not professional at all after receiving the first payment. I ended up paying over $2,800 instead of $1,500. I will never recommended this moving company to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. They not even deserve 1 star. |
