This company is dishonest. I spoke to Phillip Williams regarding a possible move from NJ to PA. I was not sure if I was moving, but he assured me I would get my deposit back if I did not move. Well, I am not moving, and when I called to get my deposit back I am getting the runaround. Phillip tells me to call customer service & customer service tells me I have to talk to dispatch & dispatch tells me I have to talk to billing. The whole company is just a big joke. They will take your money, but do not want to give it back when services were not performed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! |
