Horrible company and horrible service!! I shouldn't even have to give a star because it is just not worth it. The customer service was ok. The driver was horrible, unprofessional. He first arrived a few days late because he told me he needed sleep. When he got to my storage unit, the truck he was driving was full, very unorganized, and so he called someone else to help him. They tried charging me more because they thought my storage unit was bigger than I said. They told me it would arrive at my new place within a week. A week later, he was not responding to my messages and the company could not help. After 10 days he finally responded to my message upset with me. He sent me pictures showing me that my storage unit was bigger than I said. Because of that, he wouldn't bring it to me until I paid more (basically holding it at ransom). After realizing that my storage unit was bigger, I apologized him and asked him how much it would be. He charged me double and told me to pay him and not go through the company because it would be cheaper. I didn't know what else to do so I paid him. Another ten days later he finally arrives. When he does he was kind and good but the other guy with him was just throwing my stuff into my house, broke a couple of things and was very careless. I realized that I didn't have everything in my storage unit and he had brought stuff from other people's shipments. He told me he would look more and get back to me but said, Well, if you don't mind having some of your stuff lost, it's not a big deal. It wasn't only that some of my items were missing, some were irreplaceable, things that I made and memorable for me. He then told me he wasn't employed by the company so couldn't do anything. I submitted a claim and am still waiting to hear back. Again, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!! |
