Avoid this company. Read Better Business reviews. They are rated a F. 32 complaints. Do not believe most of the reviews on these sites, these are the same people who find customers for movers. They did not show up for move and were not able to find another truck in time, before I had to move out. The customer service is terrible. Sales people are not responsive after the sale. AVOID at ALL COST. UMOVERS.COM should not send business to this mover. They have refused to refund my deposit despite breaching the contract. I had to find another mover at last minute. This cost me extra. THIS COMPANY is a joke! RUN do not WALK, do not use this company. We the consumers need to stand up against these type of businesses. I have filled a complaint with department of transporting , better business bureau and credit card company Warn your friends and family. DO NOT use this company. read the negative reviews on here and with better business bureau out of Fort Lauderdale. |
