At first, they asked me over double price, since 4100to Almost 9000, and threat me that, if I want to get my packages, I have to pay. 2,they were rude moving and destroy my wall and stairs everywhere, when I asked them doing carefully, they refused and threat me they would leave right now, and will take my stuffs on their truck. 3, the service center likes a AI robot, never give any answer and just ask client to claim by paper work. 4, delay a lot, never on time. 5, lack of labor, and ask client as a free labor to help them move. 6, they don't really control the delivery schedule , they even don't know what time your package will be delivered, they gave me the wrong date, always wrong date, whatever arrived or deposit. 7:their customer manager would hang up client's call. All the good review on this page are fake and trap, don't believe them, don't pass your case on them. This company is a real suck asshole and jerk, all their mover's attitude looks like crime with awful attitude and behavior. |
