I am pretty sure all the 5 star reviews here are Fake or paid Reviews. This company attracts the customers by giving an attractive quote and make you pay partial amount. Once they come for pick up they will more than double the quote citing various reasons even though the inventory is not changed. I was given a quote of 475 cf during booking and they increased it to 1000 cf while pick up. Reason - their computers doesn't give exact sizing. Why do they have a system which gives an estimate with more than 50% deviation. They promised delivery time frame of 4-7 days and its been 11 days still waiting for a delivery date. Never ever going with this Movers again. They are just Brokers who don't have their own trucks. |
