Avoid this company at all cost!!! They are not punctual there employees are extremely rude, they will stand around with their hands in their pockets to the point of you having to tell them they are being paid to work not stand around all the while your being charged $65 a hr per employee, then when truck is only half full they will tell you they are out of room and need another truck, We had a contract that stated 30 pieces of furniture and 40 boxes to be moved , only 26 pieces some of which were no bigger than a small magazine holder, were moved and not a single box, the service was so bad that I refused to pay them and told them to have their owner contact me and we would discuss what I was going to pay them which is far less than their estimate. I would advise using another company if you look on mymovers.com they have 6 reviews also and all 6 are extremely negative |
