They arrived late, took twice as long as what was quoted and damaged the home that I was moving into. I filed a claim, complete with pictures of the damage. Reached an agreement with their Quality Manager (Bill Whiteis) a few days after the actual move. Never received the payment he said I would be getting. Called him multiple times, never returned my calls, sent him an e-mail, he never responded. It is now about 90 days later, I had to pay for the repairs myself. My opinion is, do not use Local Motion, if you have a claim, you are left holding the bag. |
