I scheduled a move with Allstar Moving Delivery about the 16th of July 2015 for July 22, 2015 8am. Called them on the 21st and told the owner, named Dan, who I was, and he replied, Yes sir, we'll be there tomorrow morning 8am sharp. At 8:20am on the 22nd, I called to find out if they were running behind and Dan then tells me that I'm scheduled for the 23rd. I told him that I had to be out of my house the 22nd and that I confirmed this with him yesterday. He again insisted that I was booked for the 23rd. He told me that he could possibly get someone there between 3&5 but that would be the best he could do. I had to accept it cause at that moment, told Dan he put in a really bad situation. Dan was unapologetic about everything. Luckily I found Ready To Move and they came earlier. |
