There is no way these reviews can be for the same company. Read the reviews on other sites for a clear picture. Rates doubled on moving day, from 2650 to 5300. According to the Driver, the bulky items weren't on the estimate and take up twice as much space. Interestingly enough, they are right there in black and white on the contract, but still they double the price. I'm stuck because my lease is up. Was told by the driver it would take about 3 -4 days to deliver, 13 days later they showed up. Nobody would answer calls or return messages in the meantime. There are too many damaged items to list: broken furniture, dented bikes, walls damaged, lawn damaged, furniture put together without actually attaching anything. Unreal. And of course, nobody answers the calls to file a claim either. Stay far away! |
