July 17, 2010: �Most efficient movers I have ever Used� Thank you to StarCity Moving for making my move an easy one. I was so stressed out leading up to my move. I had been packing day in and day out for what seemed like an eternity. By the time my move day came around, I felt halfway delirious! Anyways, I was very worried, since my building in Manhattan was very, very strict (needed a moving day deposit, insurance, and only had a 2 hour elevator slot). My past movers took 4 hours just to unload the stuff into my manhattan apartment, and I'm pretty sure that is less time consuming than loading.... To my surprise, these guys got all my stuff loaded in like an hour and a half. After moving with Starcity, who quoted me a flat rate for my move and had it done in half the time as the mover who I paid per hour the last time, I will never, ever, ever use an hourly mover again! Flat rates are the way to go! Pros: efficient, flat rate Cons: none |
