March 09, 2010: 'Well deserved 5-star moving experience' We cannot say enough good things about our movers at StarCity. From start-to-finish we received impeccable service. The scheduler Rachel was friendly and helpful over the phone and via e-mail. Carlos was on time, professional and courteous for the estimate meeting. And our packers and movers - Mark, Joe, Edgar and Rufino - were amazing. They were quick, courteous, respectful and really seem to care about doing the best possible job. It is obvious that Starcity Moving has established a standard of excellence that carries down to each and every one of its employees. When we moved four years ago, we used Bay Park Moving company, and it turned into THE worst customer service experience of our lives.
