September 25, 2009: 'The Best Move I've Ever Had!!!' Even though the two helpers: Eric and Charles, were almost an hour late- due to hold ups during their first move, they were great. The building I was moving from wouldn't allow me to move after 4pm, so I was a little nervous when they didn't get to me until 3:15. But they put me right at ease with their good-natured, efficient services. They managed to get all my stuff onto the truck before 4pm. Trust me, I had a lot! I've been living in my UES apartment for 3 years- I accumulated A LOT of stuff! The apartment I moved into was a 5th floor walkup. For me, just climbing the stairs once makes me huff and puff. They ran up and down, up and down- not complaining once! After moving quite a few times in my life, I was expecting at least one furniture casualty. It seems like at least one thing always gets damaged. In my mind, I was already planning a trip to Ikea to replace whatever got damaged. But, guess what?! Not a single scratch, dent, break, shatter. NOTHING! IMOVEXPRESS IS GREAT!!!! |
