My recent experience with Moving Simplified was one of the best customer satisfaction experiences I have ever encountered. From Eric's prompt response to my e-mail inquiry, show up on the dot timing for our initial appointment, a quick but thorough evaluation of the items I wanted moved followed by 3 strong, energetic young men who showed up exactly on time on the day of the move far exceeded my expectations. Eric personally assured that my baby grand piano was moved gently and professionally; the other 3 men were diligent in wrapping and preparing the furniture for the move and finally, after a long grueling day of moving, were kind and considerate enough to help replace a few of the items that didn't quite fit where I had planned. The entire move went off without a single scratch and I cannot more highly recommend Eric and his team. |
