Very disaapointed. I was quoted an amount and received a phone call after the trailers were moved notifying I would be charged an extra 1.25 hrs ($65 per hour). I approved the charge but my credit card was charged an extra $217. When I called regarding the extra fees I got an email of excuses such as bees around the travel trailers and trailers were on a hill with tall grass around them and not located in the tyical RV Park. I notified the mover of the location and conditions surrounding the trailers prior to the move and nothing was said regarding an extra charge. When I signed the contract for $375 there was a clause for a maximum charge to be charged to my card. I approved $440 max and this was ignored. I have two other trailers to be moved and will seek a more honest company. The movers were very curteous and friendly on the phone and were efficient but I was very disaapointed my contract was ignored and simple phone call was not made for approval prior to charging my credit card. |
