DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! I accepted their bid and they did not show up for the job. I was told that because my move was not a big one that it wasn't going to be priority. Then my phone calls started to get ignored. I finally hired another moving company that is actually accredited by the BBB and asked Art Movers to refund my $500 down payment and the guy said he would do that immediately. It has now been a full week and I still have not received my money. I spoke with the guy 2 days ago asking about my refund and he told me that I was moving too fast with things and that I shouldn't have written them a bad review online and that he was on the road with another job and would get to my refund at his convenience. This is a very unprofessional company and at this point I don't even believe it is a real moving company. Unfortunately now I have to get the law involved with the matter because it doesn't look like they are giving me my money back anytime soon. |
