Beware. Henderson Transfer was utilized to deliver my new bedroom furniture. After nearly three weeks of being in their possession my furniture was finally scheduled to be delivered. I was told I would receive a call an hour before they arrived but instead received a call five minutes before they arrived. I didn't have enough time to get home and they left. After repeated phone calls to the company owner, I was told there was no way to deliver that day because they had 15 more deliveries and would not have time to finish them all. Only after contacting the store I purchased the furniture from and having them contact Henderson did they get my furniture to me. It arrived uncovered in the truck and covered with dents, rub marks, splintered wood, etc. Little care had been taken to ensure my new furniture arrived undamaged. Apparently earlier in the day the delivery agents' truck door flew open and their dolly and drill fell out. |
