Imperial Movers (also called All In One Relocation) provides TERRIBLE service. DO NOT USE! We used Imperial Movers to move our small two-bedroom ground-floor apartment across town to another ground-floor apartment. This should have been the easiest move ever for these professionals. I was originally quoted a price and a time frame. When I called back to confirm my move, my price was doubled, an extra man was added to the crew, and the time frame doubled. I was told that after examining my furniture list closer, a larger crew and longer time would be needed, so I agreed. On the day of the move, the movers were extremely slow and inefficient. One mover made a trip carrying a small sewing box. That was it - one small box from the truck to the apartment. The movers took frequent brakes, too, to smoke or take personal phone calls. At the new location, the movers failed to set or re-assemble any of the furniture. It was all literally just dumped inside the door. And I had several things (from glasses to plastic storage containers) broken. To top it off, the price of my move AGAIN doubled. The movers refused to leave until we signed the now tripled price receipt and said that the clock would continue to run if we didn't sign. Understandably upset, I tried to speak with my moving consultant Anthony and was told that I would get a partial refund. Now he won't return my calls and my credit card has not been credited. So please, DO NOT USE! |
