I have a 10x10 storage unit with a few small things. Dependable movers quoted me 60/hr with a 2 hour minimum. I took off work for a 2pm appointment. I received a call from a lady at 150pm saying they were running 1 hour late. I made it over to the storage unit at 3pm and waited 1 hour. At 4pm I called and the lady said she couldn't Contact the movers because their cell phones died. Now at 6pm no phone calls or update. The lady had decided that after 6pm she will not answer the phone. FRICKEN JOKE. |
