Very professional moving service. They worked quickly, carefully, and courteously. I was the first move of the day, so they showed up a bit earlier than scheduled. The only complaint I have is that the office was closed at 8:00am on a Saturday, so they asked me to pay in cash instead of by credit card (apparently they have to call it in for approval before unloading). I hadn't planned on paying in cash, and I never carry that much with me, so I had to run to an ATM. Also, as the other reviewer mentioned, make sure you have everything packed in boxes, especially items like mirrors, electronics, or anything glass. They charge a $20 wrapping fee if these things aren't carefully packed before they arrive. |
