I had a appointment at 1:30 they didnt show up till after 5pm. I had a 1 bedroom apartment that needed to be moved. They didnt have to move the living room only a bed, dresser, Dining room table and 25 boxes already packed. Where I was moving to was a hour away it took them 5 1/2 to load and unload including the drive and charges $406 They tried charging an extra $25 for being outside San Antonio I was able to get that taken off because it was not in the quote. I had to grab two of my friends to help unload because of how long they took. we didnt finish unloading till 10:30pm I do not recommend this company to anyone It should never take 5 1/2 hours specially when everything is packed and ready to go for a hour away move very disappointing experience. |
