We hired Move Assist based on some reviews from another website, because we didn't want the expense and hassle of a big moving company. Their idea is a good one: you rent the truck, they do the work. The move cost us less than half what it would have cost through a large co. Granted we had done a lot of the prep work and all the packing etc, but they came and moved all the boxes and furniture from our old home and storage to our new house. It was well worth it. Mark is the owner, he is responsive and courteous. He brought an assistant who was equally pleasant. They arrived exactly on time and, all in all, it was a great moving experience. They're still in startup mode, but Mark and his guys have years of experience moving. We will recommend them to people for sure. |
