My experience with Di-Co Moving was unfortunate, but enlightening. I didnt even hire them my neighbor did. The moving crew was so careless that they backed into the side of my house while moving my neighbors furniture. I called the owner, Tim Dittman and he was very apologetic. He told me he would take care of paying for the repairs. Im sure he was anxious to get his crew out of there before the police arrived. I sent him the bill for my repairs and he said it would be no problem and his insurance company would take care of it. Since then he has dodged my calls, ignored my emails, and disregarded the certified letter that was sent. He made promises that really sounded sincere, but now Ive got to go to court to get him to honor his word. I saw no sign of honesty or integrity with Di-Co Moving or the owner of the company, Tim Dittman. There are too many honest moving companies available, it's a shame that Di-Co is not among them. |
