Terrible, lost lots of 'pieces' of our items, did not pack them carefully (finials from lamps, tiles from fire pit) broke my sons bicycle, lots of minor damage to furniture and broke the leg off a sofa (claim to have fixed but really just shoved it underneath and wedged to look like they fixed it). We sent several messages to discuss and got no call back - terrible service, poor excuse for a local merchant Shame on you Mr Clinton |
