I was worried about moving because I had no experience in hiring movers before. I was lucky enough to have a friend who knows of a good mover, so I decided to give it a call to see if it is decent for me. Two weeks before the move date, I called them to inquire about their services. On the other side of the phone, Ive heard a gleeful voice. The person I spoke with was courteous and pleasant. I asked whether they are available for the date and I was told that they would be there on the date. I also asked for their estimate and I was given a reasonable one. What surprised me is that they didnt ask me for a deposit. I was really expecting this thing already for a deposit would give me assurance that they would arrive on the agreed date. I was worried about this, but good thing they called me back a few days after to confirm. On the day we were about to move, the guys arrived earlier than Ive expected. They were very nice helped pack things, moved our belongings and even took out the trash. I really appreciated such gesture. Moving in to our new house was fast, efficient and seamless. I was happy with the service they had. |
