I booked Metro Moving Systems to help me move out of a storage unit and into my apartment three weeks in advance. They were scheduled to meet me at the storage unit at 9:00 a.m. They didn't show up, so at 9:15 I called them and they said that I had somehow gotten pushed back in their system and that they could reschedule for 2:00 p.m. that day. So at 2:00 p.m. I made the 20 minute drive back to the storage unit. I waited until 3:00 p.m. and they never came. I called over 15 times and left a voice mail asking for someone to call me back. No one ever called me back. I had to pay for an extra night of my storage unit, and wasted an entire day waiting around for movers that never showed up. If you want a reliable service, do not use Metro Moving Systems. |
