Do NOT schedule a move with these people. As per my experience, they are unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a move three weeks in advance. I received two confirmation emails and I was assured that they will be on time. I asked for the earliest appointment because I needed to move before Noon so that I did not lose my deposit. Well, for starters they were not on time. They were not even a few minutes or an hour late. They were NEVER SHOWED UP LATE. It gets better. They called me at 9am saying that they would be late and no later then 1pm. Which is 4hrs later then we scheduled. So there went my deposit. I held my composer and said ok. At 2pm No truck in front of my house. No courtesy call either. I contacted the office and spoke with Lisa. She was rude at hello. She was upset that I called to complain that the truck had not arrived. Again, She assured me the truck will arrive now at 4pm. At 4:55 no truck and no courtesy call. At this point I am Livid and calling other companies. No trucks available until three days. 6:45 I received a call from Lisa as follows. The truck has one more mive before you. Do you still want the truck? Uhhhhh No thank you. Who moves at night hours in a residential area? And how is it possible to have ANYONE in front of me if your office opens at 9am and I am scheduled for 9am? So with my HORRIBLE SERVICE. I don't get an i'm sorry for the inconvenience or We will be there tomorrow extra early at a discounted price. NOTHING to redeem themselves. They obviously do not care about their customers. SAVE yourselves from the headache. Go with someone/anyone else. fYI i was forced to choose one star at least or else I couldnt submit this post. My true feelings are that this business should be shut down. |
