I hired ASAP Relocations to move me this weekend, the day after 4Th of July. I did not think that they would be open a day after the holiday and being on a Sunday. I was lucky that they were and even luckier when they had given me a 5% discount for the holiday special. I didn't move to far, I went literally down the street from an apartment to a house. My move stayed in the 3 hour minimum and in my estimated quote. The only thing that I was surprised about was the packing materials for my 56'inch flat screen TV. At first I was reluctant o pack it and though why not just wrap it with the free blankets and put it in the truck but than the mover gave me the most logically reason to pay extra for my TV. He must of paid a lot for your TV and really take care it, why not pay a little extra to protect something so valuable? Is your TV worth the extra money or could you live with a could of dings that could possibly happen? I realized how much I had worked for that TV and would rather protect it than get some damages on it that I could of prevented..... These guys were really helpful all the way Thur my move. |
