Where do I even begin? They were more than a full day late for pick-up. Delivery was supposed to be on Sunday or Monday but came Wednesday. They nearly doubled the amount after they had my stuff not because it weighed more (which is understandable) but because they had told me things like bubble wrap, packing tape, etc were included and they aren't. In addition, they put $30 or so worth of wrapping around EVERYTHING that could be construed as furniture, including an office chair that was ripped up and only worth about $15. They also took my floor lamp and put it in a box that I had to pay for. They had told me my 45 records & other breakable items would be carefully protected. They literally threw the 45s all in a box with tools. I found an broken item in the very first box I opened. One of their workers complained that they treat their employees poorly. They had told me they accepted credit card, but only after they had my belongings did they tell me I had to pay more than $2000 of it in cash.

In addition, at delivery they offered me a $250 discount for my troubles, but said I would only receive the money if I signed a contract that I would not post any negative reviews online about their work. This is highly unethical. Basically, they wanted to pay me $250 to get me to shut up so that other people in the situation I was in--trying to find an ethical company to do a professional job--wouldn't get the full picture. Out of all of it, wanting me to sign something saying that I would post a positive review when I had a negative experience--asking me to lie for money--well, that just put this whole experience over the top.
