I would not recommend this company to rent a uhaul from because they left us with a filthy cab, no pre-inspection. Did not show us how to adjust the mirrors, had only a 1/4 tank of gas. Three women moving who never done this before was taken advantage of. My sister, a over the road trucker, said there was chicken scraps on the dashboard that she cleaned, there soda cans were left in the truck, she does drink soda, ashtray was full and dirty. Overall filthy conditions in the cab. The office also in disarray, I myself wondered why my friend used this company except she was assured everything was on board with the rental. Also want to mention that may friend got help from a church to pay for the service rental and the women who runs the place was a little upset that the check was not made out to her. The check was made out the company. Bad business practice from the get go. Was not my decision to use this company, but it will be my decision to not use this company when the time comes for me to move. By the way she told my friend it was their word against hers in a text message. seems everyone is out to make buck these days no matter who they have to take advantage of. |
