The movers arrived at my residence 2 hours late. The owner did not make clear that they do not accept out of state checks until 10 minutes before the appointment time, which should have been addressed at the point of acquiring their services. They do not handle your property with care. They dragged my couch on the floor after repeatedly telling them how to remove my couch out of the door. The truck broke down twice on the way to the destination which also caused them to be late to the arrival destination. Due to the lateness, when they finally arrived the storage facility was closed and the owner told me to accommodate their boarding and meals if I wanted my property to be placed because he needed the truck to do another job. They stacked boxes that were clearly noted fragile at the bottom causing the heavy boxes to crush my fragile items. My bed has deep scratches, my mattress were dirty from them dragging on the ground. By all means, avoid doing any business with this company. |
