For a long-distance move, the part that made me the most nervous was not knowing where our things would be or when they would arrive. I asked a lot of questions before booking. The communication was good before pickup and continued during the move. We received information about the arrival window and were able to plan around delivery rather than sitting at the new house guessing all day. Our apartment had a lot of books and several pieces of heavy furniture, including a solid dresser and a large bed frame. Everything was wrapped before going onto the truck |
