Moving out of a high-rise condo means dealing with the freight elevator, the reservation window, the loading dock, all of it. The crew knew the drill. They'd clearly done building moves before — booked the elevator time, laid floor protection in the lobby, and worked efficiently within the window we had. It ran a bit long because another resident had the elevator tied up for a stretch, but that wasn't on them and they stayed calm about it. Furniture arrived in Atlanta in good shape. Reasonable for the distance. |
