Moving a family of four out of state is chaos no matter how you slice it. We had two kids underfoot, a dog that kept trying to escape, and a garage full of stuff we'd been meaning to sort for years. The crew rolled in and just took charge in the best way. They packed the kitchen and the fragile items for us, wardrobe boxes for the closets so we didn't have to fold everything, and they were careful about keeping the boxes organized by room. What I appreciated most was the communication — I got a call the morning of pickup with the arrival window, and another when the truck was a day out from Portland. Delivery came right on schedule. A couple of plastic bins cracked, nothing serious, and the final price was a bit higher than the estimate because we added the garage stuff last minute, which was on us, not them. Would recommend to any family doing a big cross-country haul. |
