We moved from Boise to Spokane and wanted a company that would give us a realistic timeline. Pure Relocation Services did that. The pickup was smooth, and the crew wrapped our furniture carefully. Delivery was within the window, though later in the day than we hoped. The movers called ahead and kept us updated. Our dining table, mattress, couch, and boxes all arrived in good condition. One box of bathroom items ended up in the kitchen, but it was easy to find. I would rate the move as good overall, with only minor timing inconvenience. |
