We used Pure Relocation Services for a move from Boston to New York, and I was mainly concerned about fragile items. We had a glass dining table, framed artwork, mirrors, and several boxes of dishes. The crew used packing paper, bubble wrap, cardboard protection, and moving blankets where needed. They took their time with the fragile pieces, which I appreciated. The elevator at the new building was small, so they had to angle some items carefully. Nothing was cracked or chipped. The final price was slightly higher because we added packing for the glass table, but I was fine with that since it arrived safely. I would rather pay a little more than deal with damage. |
