I moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix and was nervous because I had never hired movers for an out-of-state relocation before. Pure Relocation Services gave me a written quote and explained the delivery window. I liked that they did not promise an impossible exact time. The movers packed my TV, wrapped the bed frame, and used blankets on my dresser and nightstands. The narrow hallway in my old apartment made things difficult, but they handled it without scraping the walls. Delivery was within the promised window, and the crew called before arriving. A couple boxes were dusty from the truck, but everything inside was fine. I was happy with the service. |
