I wish I could give it a lower grade. They were first two days late, arriving at 1:30 AM. They said they'd deliver my mom's stuff the next day, but it took them weeks to finally show up with it. When they eventually showed up, all of the furniture was broken. Quite a few cases are absent. Only the bed's frame was transported, not the whole bed. There is obviously no communication after the last item on the list. If you value your belongings at all after the transfer, you should not use this company. |
