Plans changed three times before this move even happened. I expected confusion, but that's not how it went. The crew showed up ready to handle it and adjusted without making comments about the back and forth. I wasn't chasing anyone down or repeating myself. They worked through the list and checked in only when needed. Once it was done, I could lock up and move forward with the rest of my week. The whole thing was handled the way it should be. |
