My closing date shifted unexpectedly, so I needed to reschedule my entire move for the next morning. I called in a total panic. David answered the phone and handled the move immediately. He moved their schedule around to fit me in. He even called to check that the truck arrived on time. His quick action saved me from a major penalty. |
