I was told my belongings would arrive in three days. It took ELEVEN. Every time I called, they had a different excuse—“truck issues,” “schedule mix-up,” “warehouse delay.” Meanwhile, I was sleeping on the floor in my empty apartment. When my stuff finally came, half my dishes were broken, my TV stand was missing a screw, and my bed frame? Completely MIA. They offered me a $50 refund for my inconvenience. That barely covers my Uber Eats bill from living without a kitchen. |
