I can’t say enough good things about this company’s customer service. They called me a few days before the move to confirm details, and then again the day before to check if I needed any last-minute additions. On the morning of, the crew introduced themselves, asked if I had any concerns about items, and walked through the house with me to strategize. They followed my instructions to the letter, especially for my delicate camera equipment. It’s rare to see such courtesy in today’s fast-paced world. |
