I had the absolute worst experience with this moving service last month. First off, they showed up nearly three hours late without even a heads-up call. When they finally arrived, the crew looked disorganized and rushed, tossing my precious paintings into the truck like they were just random junk. At one point, I actually heard a loud thud and saw one mover casually shrug as if nothing happened. By the time they were finished loading, two frames were cracked, and several of my ceramic collectibles were chipped. Not only that, but they also lost track of one box containing my kitchenware. I ended up having to replace half my dishes. It was such a stressful day—truly a nightmare. I wouldn’t trust them with a single item again. |
