Because the moving companies charge separately for the labor and transports, I was confused about how much is really reasonable to pay them for a move from Miami, FL to Springfield, IL. I work for the government so I hoped they wouldn’t give me a ridiculous quote, which they didn’t. Many moving companies quote you low but then the men take forever to finish packing and loading resulting in a huge bill. However, the movers from Midland van lines weren’t like the others. They gave a timeframe and the clock didn’t start till they arrived and started actual work. I don’t have a lot of stuff. But even then, I felt they were very quick at the job, thorough as well. I think their efficiency definitely saved me a lot of money. |
