Everything went smoothly right from the start. First, the sales guy gave me a quote super fast. I found it easy to chat with him on the phone because he answered all my questions. I appreciated that he treated me like a person, not just another sale. Then, when I decided to book, my rep called again to make sure I didn't have any more questions about the move. The crew showed up early on pickup day, and the supervisor did a great job making sure nothing got damaged. Everything arrived at my new place in perfect condition. They really couldn't have done a better job. |
