Deceptive Practices and Lack of Accountability I reached out to America's First Moving under the impression that they were a direct moving company, not realizing they were merely a broker. From the onset, their approach appeared dubious. They initially provided me with a seemingly competitive quote, only to significantly inflate the price just days before pickup. Such tactics seem designed to trap customers into agreements under the guise of affordable pricing. To make matters worse, they paired me with Luxury Logistics, a company that has proven to be both unethical and unresponsive. When I encountered issues with the actual moving company, America's First Moving conveniently sidestepped responsibility, leaving me to navigate the challenges on my own. A broker's role should be to facilitate a smooth moving process and ensure clients are paired with reputable partners. In this regard, America's First Moving has grossly missed the mark. Prospective customers, be warned: what appears as an enticing offer may end up costing you much more in stress, time, and money. |
