They did a crappy job of loading my U-Haul truck and EVERYTHING toppled over during transport. When I sent them pictures, they accepted responsibility and said they fired the person who stacked the items in the truck. They went on to say “I will do what I can to correct this issue.” A month later - Now they say their insurance doesn't cover my belongings since they didn't transport with their own truck. That’s really their problem – not mine. And it doesn’t absolve them of their responsibility to “correct this issue”. The really crazy thing is they’ve also blatantly lied to the Better Business Bureau in response to my complaint. They actually made stuff up that wasn't true! I’m out thousands of dollars but there’s no reason why you should be too! Imagine how I felt when I opened the back door to the truck and saw broken furniture and broken glass everywhere!! Do yourself a favor. Pick ANY OTHER moving company! This has been a total nightmare. |
