HORRIBLE!!! Scammers! They actually tried to evade paying for parking by displaying an old parking slip in their window, they then got a ticket for doing this and charged me for it without my authorisation!! They also charged me for extra time when the two guys were moving like snails and complaining about the work that needed to be done despite being told in advance about the move and what it would entail. The customer service I received in response was appalling. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company - absolutely fraudulent! |
